                                                     Contract Manager - Construction

1. JOB PURPOSE:

Manage the Pre-contract relating to Contractors, Suppliers, Consultants and other services Providers.

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Basic functions and purpose of responsibilities:

Prepare the Tender packages

• Pre-qualify and select potential contractors for participation in the Tender and obtain management approval.
• Float Tenders and manage the same including addendums, Post Tender Clarifications, Pre-tender and Post Tender meetings.
• Carry out Commercial Evaluation of Tenders and compile the Technical and Commercial evaluation.
• Prepare recommendation of award and obtain management approval for the same.
• Prepare Letter of Awards and subsequently Contract agreements for signature.
• Review the recommend Bank Guarantees and Insurances in relation with the Contract.

Budget and Cost Control

• Preparation of Budget by considering all Hard and Soft costs involved in the development
• Monitoring and regular updates of budgets for management review.
