Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Department Manager to lead and coordinate all procurement activities across the company's factories and projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality acquisition of materials, equipment, and services necessary for the smooth operation of production and construction activities. The position requires strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills to optimize procurement efficiency and maintain productive relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate procurement needs in collaboration with technical, logistics, financial, and project departments.
  • Conduct market research, request and evaluate supplier offers, and ensure competitive and transparent purchasing decisions.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up until goods or services are received and verified.
  • Monitor compliance with internal procurement policies, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and favorable terms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Department to align procurement activities with financial controls and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency through better supplier management and negotiation.
  • Ensure all procurement processes adhere to company standards and contribute to overall organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management, preferably in manufacturing or construction sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Knowledge of ERP or procurement management systems (preferred).
  • Fluency in Albanian and English; Turkish language is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license (B category) and readiness to travel between company locations as required.
