Our client is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. This role involves managing hotel staff, coordinating all service departments, maintaining high standards of hospitality, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food &
• Beverage, Spa, and Events.
• Ensure high guest service standards and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise events, conferences, and special occasions hosted by the
• hotel.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and daily task assignments.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance in all hotel areas.
• Control operational costs and ensure effective use of hotel resources.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and event bookings.
• Provide regular operational and financial reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with ownership and department leaders to improve service quality and
• business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management or similar leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in guest relations and service excellence.
• Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and hotel performance indicators.
• Experience with PMS, POS, and online booking platforms (preferred).
• Fluency in Albanian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
