Regional Sales Manager – Municipal & Industrial Equipment
Location: European Union (remote / field-based)
On behalf of a well-established and fast-growing European manufacturer of municipal and industrial cleaning equipment, we are conducting a search for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and dealer network expansion across Western Europe.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with existing distributors and dealers

Identify and onboard new distribution partners across assigned EU markets

Drive sales growth of specialized municipal / industrial equipment

Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and dealer support activities

Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing

Collaborate with engineering, production, and after-sales teams

Provide regular sales reporting and market feedback
Candidate Profile
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales of municipal equipment, sweepers, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or similar technical equipment

Experience working with distributors, dealers, municipalities, or public utility companies

Strong business development and relationship-building skills

Willingness to travel frequently across Europe

Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage
