About the Role
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in the fintech sector, we are looking for a Partner Network & Sales Executive to support the expansion of their commercial network in Bulgaria.
This is a dynamic, field-oriented role focused on building strong partnerships, driving sales through partner channels, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's brand and partner product offering across the Bulgarian market
- Develop and expand the partner network by identifying and onboarding new sales points
- Build strong partnerships with strategic partners, retail chains, SMEs, financial brokers, and credit agents
- Drive sales performance through partner channels and ensure achievement of assigned targets
- Initiate and execute campaigns (seasonal, product-based, referral, and retention) together with partners
- Plan and implement local offline marketing initiatives to support partner sales
- Ensure consistent and effective brand positioning across all partner locations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales performance and business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay competitive
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the company's market presence
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer on partner network development, sales performance, and key initiatives
- Collect and analyze feedback from partners to continuously improve products and services
- Build long-term relationships with partners to ensure engagement, loyalty, and performance
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company's values in all external interactions
Profile & Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partner management
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Good computer literacy
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
