Retail Executive Director
Job Description summary Executive director is responsible for developing and executing a strategy for Retail Banking, by creating, implementing of relevant innovative products and services for Private individuals. The Executive must lead by example and uphold high ethical standards in their business practices, decision-making, and interactions with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a clear strategic vision for the bank`s growth and success.
1. Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a retail business strategy of the bank to achieve goals set by the Supervisory Board;
- Developing digital strategy for the Retail Bank channels, products and lending process;
- Conducting Supervisory Board, Management Board, Middle Management meeting and communicates openly, directly, superbly;
- Identifying potential opportunities and risks within the organization and its environment to protect business interests;
- Understanding the importance of building strong customer relationships and creating a positive brand image;
- Representing the Bank at social and corporate events in ways that strengthen the brand and communicate its message;
- Creating and maintaining excellent working atmosphere, open communication and equal treatment within the people;
- To know and behave in conformity with the Code of Conduct, the business ethical rules and the Banks standards;
- Protecting the reputation of the Bank.
2. Qualifications and experience:
- Master`s degree in Finance/Economics or other related filed;
- Proven experience as Executive director or in other Senior management position with main area of responsibility Retail Banking;
- In depth knowledge of Retail Business and managerial best practices;
- Intellectual capacity for dealing with complexity;
- Ability to anticipate changes in the market; identify new opportunities and develop innovate strategies to stay ahead of competitors;
- Very strong project management experience.
3. Desired skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment;
- Inspiring and motivating the teams to achieve their goals;
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written) and public speaking skills;
- High level of integrity, ethical standards and values;
- Personal qualities - high level of responsibility, discipline, with analytical thinking, initiative and proactivity, patient and self-controlled, stress resistant, impartiality, teamwork and business results, confidence, representativeness, loyalty;
- Business analysis, logical and strategic thinking;
- Operational planning, organization and effective use of the organizational resources.
