IT Specialist (m/f)

Place of work: Podgorica

The IT Specialist plays a key role in driving the digital transformation of customer-facing platforms and ensuring seamless technology integration across the restaurant ecosystem. This role focuses on the development, optimization, and management of digital products such as mobile applications, websites, self-service kiosks, and Oracle/Simphony POS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development and Management: Creating, configuring, and managing products, recipes, and offers within Oracle/Simphony (POS) systems
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of digital products to improve the customer experience
• Platform Optimization: Overseeing updates and enhancements for customer-facing platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and kiosks
• Data and Analytics: Using analytical tools to monitor digital product performance and customer behavior
• System Administration: Managing Oracle Dashboard (R&A) users, including account creation and ongoing maintenance
• Supporting system configurations through RBI applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in managing digital products or platforms
• Experience in the QSR or retail industry is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, POS systems (Oracle/Simphony preferred), and system integrations
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
