Job Description
- Lead and develop the team: Mentor our customer support agents, providing them with guidance, feedback, and the tools necessary for success.
- Improve processes: Create and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and quality of our support.
- Analyze results: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure the customer's voice is always heard.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Proactivity, results-orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
