On behalf of our client, a proptech company founded in the Swiss alpine pastures 10 years ago, with presence also in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, we are looking for a Experienced Marketing and Communication Manager (English) for their office in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communication Specialist, proficient in both French and English, to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a significant focus on the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration within the SaaS industry.
  2. Content Creation and Management: Produce compelling and high-quality content in both French and English for various platforms including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
  3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, shaping marketing strategies accordingly.
  4. Brand Management: Uphold and promote our brand identity across all communication channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our core values.
  5. Digital Marketing: Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members, in both French and English.
  7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong problem-solving skills.
