On behalf of our client — an international company specialized in the automotive industry — we are expanding the team and looking for a motivated and responsible professional for the position:

DAMAGE CALCULATION OPERATOR / TECHNICAL CLAIMS PROCESSOR

Requirements:

• German language (B1/B2) is an advantage, however candidates with strong English only are also welcome to apply

• Solid technical knowledge in the automotive field (mechanics, bodywork, damage assessment)

• Understanding of damage calculation and estimation processes

• Very good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office

• Advantage: experience with Audatex or similar damage calculation software

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and creating damage assessment reports based on guidelines and calculation tools

• Vehicle valuation and damage estimation

• Daily communication with supervisors (in German or English, depending on the team/process)

• Communication with clients when needed, in line with company procedures

• Ability to work with deadlines and deliver accurate calculations

• Strong willingness to learn and develop in a technical-administrative role

• Analytical mindset and precision in assessments
