Our client is an international company operating in the automotive industry, and we are looking for a Junior Damage Calculation Operator / Automotive Claims Specialist to join their growing team in Skopje.

No previous experience in damage calculation is required. You will receive structured training and support to learn the company's systems, tools and processes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As part of the team, you will learn how to:

  • Assess vehicle damage based on technical information and documentation.
  • Prepare repair cost calculations and estimates.
  • Identify the parts and repair work required for a damaged vehicle.
  • Prepare accurate damage assessment reports and technical documentation.
  • Work with specialized automotive damage calculation software.
  • Review vehicle information and technical data.
  • Apply established guidelines and procedures to ensure accurate calculations.
  • Communicate with international colleagues and clients when required.
  • Work with digital tools and internal systems.
  • Develop your knowledge of vehicle repair, damage assessment and automotive claims processes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A final-year student or recent graduate in:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Automotive Engineering
    • Mechatronics
    • Mechanical Technology
    • or another related technical field.
  • Someone with a genuine interest in cars, automotive technology and vehicle repair.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, technical information and computer-based systems.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
  • Analytical and curious by nature.
  • Organized and able to follow structured processes.
  • A good communicator and team player.
  • Motivated to learn and build a long-term career in an international company.

EXPERIENCE IS NOT A MUST

You do not need previous professional experience in damage calculation.

Experience from an internship, university project, student job, automotive workshop or personal automotive projects is a plus, but your motivation and willingness to learn are equally important.
