For the needs of our client, a leading international technology company specializing in digital transaction solutions, payment technologies, and automated self-service systems, we are seeking an experienced professional for the position of:

ATM Senior Systems Engineer

Location:

Skopje, North Macedonia

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade ATM software and related add-on solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot ATM networking environments, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity.
• Implement and maintain ATM security measures, including encryption, firewalls, anti-skimming solutions, and security monitoring.
• Analyze Electronic Journals (EJs) to investigate transaction discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and training related to ATM software and security solutions.
• Participate in the design, development, support, and documentation of ATM software solutions.
• Manage software support processes while ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Maintain service records and prepare reports on ATM performance, uptime, and recurring technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of ATM and PC software platforms, including Windows-based systems and ATM middleware.
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and VPN environments.
• Experience with ATM security solutions such as encryption, firewalls, and anti-skimming technologies.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance requirements and security standards within the financial industry.
• Basic programming knowledge in C++, C#, JavaScript, and HTML within a Windows environment.
• Experience in writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in technical project environments.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and business awareness.
• Knowledge of banking technologies and financial sector operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
