For our client, one of Europe's leading transport and logistics companies, we are looking for a German-speaking Automotive Data and Operations Specialist based in Skopje.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Data & Operations Specialist with excellent German language skills to support daily operations related to vehicle data and documentation.
The role combines data processing, document verification, and communication with automotive workshops and partners in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with automotive workshops and business partners in Germany.
Enter, update, and maintain vehicle-related information in internal systems.
Review documentation and ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
Process numerical and vehicle-related data in accordance with established procedures.
Identify inconsistencies or missing information and follow up when necessary.
Coordinate information between German partners and internal teams.
Work across different software systems and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
Good computer literacy and confidence working with different software systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
Comfortable working with numbers and structured information.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in automotive, administration, data processing, or a similar environment is an advantage.
